My main passion is teaching the lifts to everyday people. Although I've improved the strength and condition of top level athletes I honestly don't think anything beats watching a female client dance around the room after her first pull up or 100kg Deadlift. Injury free and pain free. Being able to run faster and improve sport performance at any age. I have clients in their 60's who have never lifted before becoming stronger and pain free later in life.
