The initial assessment is compulsory as I will not be able to move forward as effectively without assessments & it saves time later. If I’m not assessing I‘m guessing and that’s not acceptable.
The Assessment is goal relevant & will look at muscular imbalance, body’s Fat calliper, Nutritional overview and advice then advice on how you can integrate the protocols in you existing lifestyle before starting the program.
Body fat calliper test. Weight may not change but composition might. Callipers are a motivating way to see if your training is working. I've performed thousands and I'm pretty precise. Worth doing to assess changes over time.
Structural balancing is designed to look at muscular imbalances between the upper & lower body, front & back, left and right of the body. This will improve performance, mobility and flexibility and reduce the chance of injury.

Programming for a specific need like gaining strength, achieving fat loss, improving power development or building muscle is where most trainees even if they are good athletes program design find very difficult to do for themselves. After a phone or Skype consult I will design the program you require to move you forwards to the next stage.
Each program moves you forward to the next stage. Once your body has adapted to the stimulus the program no longer will lead to as quicker gains in improvement. Thats why I prefer to do a 2 Phase package.
