This is the workout program, nutrition guides and system I used to achieve Charlie's 8 Week Transformation. Although Charlie responded better than most I've had great results since sticking to the various systems of fat loss that suits the individual.
The program was tailored to Charlie's needs based on ongoing assessments I perform at regular intervals. This is certainly not a program to be followed by everyone as you may burn out or even have the reverse effect of going the other way if you are not under my watchful eye.
